Best Data Recovery iOS Apps for your iPhone

iPhones are made to be secure, right? At least, Apple claims it to be.

And it is indeed quite right. With an iCloud backup plan, you are free to forget worrying about losing out your essential data, photos and videos, pages, numbers or keynote documents, or just any other file. Everything you are backing up with iCloud should stay safe and secured.

To check whether you have an iCloud active plan, you can go to your Settings > Your Name > iCloud. There you can see your iCloud storage plan, along with a list of apps that are using them. You are free to include or exclude as many apps from that list. Anything above 5GB will need you to purchase a paid storage plan.

But even then, we often come across situations when Data Recovery is essential. The most common scenario is accidental deletions, which in turn, deletes it from iCloud too.

If that’s the case, then you are in the right place.

In the earlier posts, we discussed Data Recovery Apps and Softwares for Android, Windows Data Recovery, and Macbook Data Recovery. This is the last part of our Data Recovery series. In today’s post, we will take a look at the best data recovery apps for Apple iPhones. Note that these apps will need your phone to be connected with your PC to perform correctly. So, make sure you have your computer handy.

Here’s an overview:

Have you deleted your data? What to do?

Chances are there that you came by this page ‘after’ committing the religious crime of deleting your files already! If that’s the case, then before you proceed, take a look at these important points to improve your chances of recovering your lost data.

  • Stop using Files App: Okay, the first thing you should take care of is leaving out the Files app. Don’t browse anything using the Files app. Don’t create new files or folders or edit existing ones. Refrain yourself from cut, copy, or paste actions. This is because your phone logs every new action you take, so your aim should be keeping your phone as close to the original.
  • Don’t overwrite any files on the target location: The target location that you are trying to recover may be a folder on your iPhone or an external drive. The thumb rule is not to add or remove any files from that target location. Else it will be overwritten by the new files, and the recovery process will be difficult.
  • Download and Install Data Recovery Softwares: First, make sure your computer is working fine. Then you should download these apps and Softwares listed below on your computer and proceed to the data recovery process following the instructions.
  • Not all Apps work for Everyone: This goes beyond saying: Every app works differently. So, don’t expect success with the first app you try. It might not happen. Proceed to the next one. Keep trying.

That’s all you should keep in mind. The main objective is to keep your system unaltered. I hope you got my point. Now let’s proceed to the list of software.
