How to use AOMEI Backupper?
AOMEI Backupper can be installed by anyone easily and takes a few minutes to install before we can start using it.
As you launch the tool you will notice a blue-colored minimal user interface with the clean placement of all menus in a well-categorized manner on the left pane, which is very easy to locate and use.
Once you start using the tool all the operations done by the tool can be labeled and saved as a task, which will be listed on the home screen. These specific operation tasks can be re-executed, managed, and controlled further from the home screen.
Using a tool is a simple process. Let’s take a look at it.
Step-1: You have to decide and select the mode of operations like Backup, Sync, Restore, Clone, or Tools you want to execute.
Step-2: Next, select the source file/folder/disk/partition for the operation you want to perform.
Step-3: Next, select the destination where you intend to store the result of the operation.
Step-4: Before we proceed further on the bottom left corner you also get some settings related to the operation. You can configure to add a comment/note your task, set email notification, compression, splitting of data.
You can also set up a schedule for your task so it can be automated.
Also, you get to control the Backup scheme type, like how you want to do backup. You can select Full, Incremental, Differential, Space management backup scheme as per the need. It’s great to see here, the user is getting these many micro-level controls.

AOMEI Backupper Performance:
AOMEI Backupper is a very lightweight software that can operate with very minimal resources on the system.
We did not leave any corner of the tool untouched to test it out and it had performed beyond our expectations.
In our extensive test cases like system backup-restore, real-time sync, clone partition, file/folder backup-restore or be it those additional tools, all operations completed successfully. Not only that, all the results were error-free and all the features are working flawlessly as they’re claimed.
One thing that came under our observation is even though we’re having an SSD in our system, the software is taking approx. 2 minutes to load on launch and operations are a little slow compared to other peers. Let us know your experience with the same in the comments below.
